Physical Products
For health and hygiene reasons, all lash trays, adhesives, and other beauty products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or worn products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
Digital Products
Due to the instant access provided after purchase, all digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Refunds

- A damaged or incorrect order has been approved after review.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
