At Lash Creator, we take pride in delivering premium lash products with the same level of care that goes into creating them.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, and holidays, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery begins once your order has been shipped.

- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Lash Creator is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their destination country.
